libcudart8.0 software package provides NVIDIA CUDA Runtime Library, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcudart8.0
libcudart8.0 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcudart8.0 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcudart8.0 *
You will get with libcudart8.0 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
